Vancouver Signs Canadian Forward McIntosh
The Toronto native most recently played with the Atlanta Hawks’ NBA G League affiliate

The Vancouver Bandits have announced that 6-foot-7 Canadian guard MiKyle McIntosh has signed with the club for the 2025 Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) season.
McIntosh most recently played with the Atlanta Hawks’ NBA G League affiliate, College Park Skyhawks, during the 2023-24 season, when he appeared in 22 games and averaged 5.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 18.1 minutes of action per game.
No stranger to the CEBL, McIntosh was the first-ever player signed to the Hamilton Honey Badgers (now known as the Brampton Honey Badgers), having been selected fifth overall in the 2019 CEBL Entry Draft and appearing in two games during the league’s inaugural season in that same year.
The Toronto, Ont. product has enjoyed a six-year pro career which has featured stops in South Korea, Belgium, France, Australia and Japan. His career also included two stints in the NBA Summer League with the Portland Trail Blazers (2018) and Indiana Pacers (2019).
A member of the Illinois State men’s basketball team for three seasons from 2014-17 before transferring to Oregon in his senior year in 2017-18, he earned Second Team All-Missouri Valley Conference in 2017 during his time with the Redbirds.
Internationally, McIntosh has represented Team Canada at the 2022 FIBA AmeriCup Qualifiers and 2013 FIBA U19 Men’s World Cup.
In a corresponding move, forward Majok Gum and forward Grant Shephard have been moved from the active roster and assigned as Practice Players; the club has the option to re-activate Practice Players and place them on the active roster later in the 2025 season.
